Jean Pierre Diaz, Chief Financial Officer, oversees the company’s accounting, finance, treasury, tax, and strategic growth initiatives. With a background in both public accounting and operational finance, he has played a key role in scaling the organization through rapid expansion, process improvement, and technology-driven transformation initiatives.

He has over eleven years of experience in various accounting and finance roles including Audit & Assurance at Deloitte & Touche LLP, specializing in hospitality, gaming, REITs, and financial services clients and later served in a healthcare controllership role focused on automating and streamlining financial close and reporting functions. His expertise includes technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction advisory, IPO readiness, and process optimization.

At LV, he is heavily involved in capital markets activities, operational analytics, and enterprise-wide efficiency initiatives leveraging automation and AI technologies.
