Ryuji Wolf, Senior Vice President Capital Markets, leads the company’s capital markets strategy, transaction execution, and strategic finance initiatives. With a background spanning investment banking and operating leadership, he brings both dealmaking expertise and hands on P&L experience to the organization.

He has two decades of experience across investment banking and operating leadership, including roles at J.P. Morgan as Head of Asia Pacific Consumer Internet & Media investment banking, and Centerview Partners as a Principal in M&A Advisory. He later served as CFO of a private equity and venture capital backed insurtech company, and as Regional General Manager scaling a global technology and biometric identity platform across Southeast Asia. His expertise spans capital raising, M&A, financial strategy, and market expansion.

At LVP, he focuses on capital markets activities, transaction structuring, and supporting the company’s growth through strategic financing initiatives. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is a CFA charter holder.
