She began her career in Human Resources at the age of eighteen and immediately discovered a passion for helping people develop their talent and creating positive workplace environments. She has experience across multiple areas of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compliance, organizational planning, and leadership coaching.

Since joining LV Petroleum in 2023, she has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s people-first culture, modernizing HR processes, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting the organization’s continued growth. With a strong belief that people are the foundation of a successful organization, she continues to lead initiatives focused on professional development, retention, workplace culture, and operational efficiency, helping position the company for sustained success.
