Not long after the announcement that it has signed a deal to bring as many as 20 Bojangles locations to the Las Vegas Valley, LV Petroleum LLC appears to be keeping busy on other QSR fronts as well.
In addition to its planned Bojangles locations, LV Petroleum also owns and operates Sbarro stores, and recently submitted licensing paperwork indicates that the company is planning to open another outpost of the famous pizza chain at 8950 S Westwind Road.
SRS Real Estate Partners completed the $39 million portfolio sale of six gas station assets, four of which are Conoco-branded properties located in Las Vegas, NV, and two of which are 76 Gas stations in the greater Phoenix, AZ market.
LV Petroleum will lease back all six properties with 20-year, absolute triple-net leases in place. Each property had a separate, private buyer. SRS Capital Markets Patrick Luther, Matthew Mousavi, and Winston Guest represented LV Petroleum.
The City of Lamar is proud to announce that LV Petroleum LLC and LV Food Service Concepts have scheduled their ceremonial groundbreaking event for the Lamar Arby’s restaurant on Saturday, June 1 at 9:45 am, with shovels scheduled to turn dirt at 10:00 am. LV Petroleum Vice President of Operations Quyntyn Johnson and Jeff Stelle, District Manager for LV Food Service Concepts, will lead the event.
While the project’s silent phases of final designs, permitting, and securing a contractor have taken a few months longer than expected, construction is set to begin on Monday, June 3rd. LV intends to complete construction in October with an official opening thereafter.
The City issued the building permits for the TA Truck Stop and the Black Bear Diner on Wednesday October 24th. This overall project by LV Petroleum and KB Wendover LLC which are headquartered in Las Vegas will begin with extensive excavation of the project site which is located on the north side of Interstate 80 at Exit 410, removing approximately 300,000 yards of earth and rock to make way for the project.
