The City issued the building permits for the TA Truck Stop and the Black Bear Diner on Wednesday October 24^th.   This overall project by LV Petroleum and KB Wendover LLC which are headquartered in Las Vegas will begin with extensive excavation of the project site which is located on the north side of Interstate 80 at Exit 410, removing approximately 300,000 yards of earth and rock to make way for the project.
